Buying
How do I buy an item?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes! Many items are available for local pickup. Look for the 'Local Pickup Available' badge on product listings.
What condition grades do you use?
We use industry-standard grading: PSA, BGS, SGC for graded cards. Raw cards are described as Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Very Good (VG), Good (G), or Poor (P).
Do you offer returns?
All sales are final unless an item is significantly not as described. Contact us within 3 days of receipt if there is an issue.
Selling & Consigning
How do I sell my cards?
Fill out our Seller Application at /sell. We review all applications and reach out within 1–2 business days.
What is consignment?
Consignment means you drop off your items and we handle photography, listing, and fulfillment. You get paid when your items sell, minus our consignment fee.
What types of items do you accept?
Sports cards, Pokémon & TCG singles and sealed products, comics, video games, coins, memorabilia, and other collectibles.
How long does it take to get paid?
Payouts are processed within 5–7 business days after a sale is completed and the buyer confirms receipt.
Shipping
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available for select items.
How are cards packaged?
All cards are packaged with care — penny sleeves, top loaders or card savers, team bags, and bubble mailers or boxes depending on value.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to buy?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and manage your collection.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
